Thank you for this excellent first impression! This is my signature scent (released on my birthday) and it is perfection for my body chemistry. Every other Chanel perfume I have tried gives me a headache from the lingering heaviness. “Gabrielle” plays beautifully with my DNA and, remarkably, lasts for many hours on me. I love it that the majority of reviewers disliked it as not “worthy” of the great House of Chanel and that it remains unpopular. All the more reason to declare “Gabrielle” as mine!

Is the patchouli in this dirty? For example, I can handle to Patch in Flowerbomb edp. However, I can't take the patchouli in La Vie Est Belle. Just curious... Thank you!!!!

Quality? Huh? What? They are weak fragrances with excellent openings for about 1hr then they sadly die. Creed is a total rip-off for people that have money to just throw away. GIT sucks because it doesn't have much of any longevity or projection. The opening is the best part then the dry down is like within one hour then your lucky if you can smell it still on your skin at all after 2-3hrs. Imo it seems so obvious to me that at the end that you had some kind of marketing thing going on with Creed from what you say towards the end of this video. So that makes me believe your review was totally biased. Imho. Are you crazy saying that GIT lasts longer than Cool Water? No way. Did you just smell the sprayer or just the opening of GIT and that was it? That has to be a joke or a sales pitch for Creed that Cool water is weaker than GIT. No freegin' way. GIT is one of the weakest performers in all of colognes. Guys are much better off not wasting their money on the super weak & WAY overly priced GIT and just get the way better performing Cool Water. Or if they want a GIT that smells exactly the same as GIT and actually works for all day long, get Alexandria's Green Irish Gentleman EDP for like $60 for a 60ml bottle. Creed should rename their fragrances company GREED. It's way overpriced stupid prices for a very cheap WEAK performing colognes. Hell, even English Leather by Dana came down in price after 40+yrs.And for a super WEAK performers. Smh. Greed is still asking well over $300 for a 3.4oz bottle that is almost 40yrs old. Creed/Greed Fragrances can stick it. "The Nose Knows". LOL. What a ch name. LOL. Obviously your nose didn't know (or doesn't anymore) because no reviews in 4yrs now. Doesn't matter I wouldn't subscribe to fragrance reviewers that I suspect got free samples for marketing & making biased reviews.

Cafe rose smells more edgy and androgynous. Noir de Noir could be someone wearing a dark suit with a crisp white shirt underneath that’s slightly unbuttoned.

Is the most beautiful Creed fragrance. Worth it to buy it . It is different from the designers bulk. I have it and use it all the year rounded since years ago. Always on mh stock. Try it ....

I’m a little surprised GIT is winning in the comments. Most videos put Aventis ahead of GIT, and many suggest GIT is hit or miss. I have Aventis and I ordered GIT just a few days ago as a blind buy. I’m so curious. Flowery scents can sometimes give me headaches. I just thought it sounded good to balance my collection, as my only other scent I have is Tobacco Vanille. We will see though.

"It really doesn't smell like anything else on the market." If we're considering the market for mothballs then it's not unique. The eucalyptus note gives this scent the overpowering smell of camphorous mothballs. A big NO for me.
